£50 annual fee payable second week of January, specific date to be emailed each year by the Club Secretary.

Swimmers joining 1st October onwards only pay £25.
Swimming Fees

Payable by monthly standing order. Training fees are paid a month in advance.

To swim twice a week during the holidays a second payment of £50 is required in June.
Masters Swimmers

£50 annual fee.

Can swim either Tuesdays 21:00 - 22:00 or Thursdays.

One-off payment of £100 in January for 20 swims per year.

If 20 swims is exceeded payments revert to normal hourly based training fees.
Armed Forces

No training fees.

For new or existing swimmers stationed away from Ware town.
Honorary Members

No training fees.
Coaches
-
Coaches that meet all the following criteria are exempt from all fees, annual or training:

Coach all year-round.
-
Are aged 18+.
-
Have the level 2 coaching qualification.

Keep qualifications up-to date.
-

Additional payment exemptions to be managed adhoc by the Executive Committee e.g. free tickets for presentation evening.

Benefits are non-transferable.
Ware Swimming Club reserves the right to change fees as per the Club Constitution . All fees are correct as of January 2026.
