WSC invites you to join us for LAND-BASED virtual training every Monday @ 7pm. The Zoom link / meeting ID are the same as before, details are in Nicola's email.
The sessions are based around strength and conditioning exercises that will help swimmers in the pool.
The training won't last longer than 40 mins and will cover exercises including squats, sit ups, press ups etc and can be adapted to easy, medium or hard exercises.
Please remember to wear suitable clothing, bring water and have a suitable place / space for exercise. We recommend those under 18 join us with parental supervision.
